Dkwin0 (referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions apply to all users of the dkwin0 website (dkwin0.best) and mobile application.

Dkwin0 has zero tolerance for attempts to fraudulently claim bonuses. Any suspected bonus abuse may result in the bonus being voided and the account being placed under review.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting markets on dkwin0:

Betting limits: Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits. Higher limits may apply for VIP members. If a bet exceeds the maximum limit, dkwin0 reserves the right to reject or adjust it.

Finality of Results: Game results are final once confirmed and will not be changed — unless a technical error can be proven. In Sports Betting, bets are settled after the official result is published.

System Error: If a round is not completed due to a technical issue or network disconnection, the stake for that bet will be refunded. In the event of a verified error in a game provider's certified software, we follow the provider's official guidelines.

Sports Betting special rules: In live betting, any bet already accepted remains valid if your internet connection drops. If a match is cancelled, bets are voided and stakes are refunded.

A service charge may apply to inactive accounts (no login or transaction for 18 months) — up to a maximum of ৳50 per month or the available balance at that time, whichever is lower.
